We worked hard to stroke each and every listener that was playing along over at our Facebook Fan Page, and all were kind enough to share a caress in return.

Make sure to brush up against us Bubbles in the Think Tank gals each and every week.nbsp; We promise not to chafe.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Gosh, it's hard picking post titles.nbsp; This week's were so good, I have to even tell you what else was in the running:

- And looking very relaxed
- When it gets close to three yoursquo;ll want to take her home and have yourself a private party
- How can she blame you for tryin'
- Go berserk, let it work

You know what I do... I take various lyrics from the first hour of the show and pick something that feels like the show to felt to me.nbsp; Why the first hour only?nbsp; Well, I guess I just feel like that's where I put my strongest non-Obit material.nbsp; That's where what I've got to say gets said.

You know as well as I do.nbsp; I'm an open book on the air.nbsp; Always have been, always will be.nbsp; I just don't always read as closely as you do.nbsp; Yet, just maybe, you should read me even closer.

Hopefully you're at least aware of when my hips start to shake...</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>It's been said that every episode of Bubbles in the Think Tank has a personality all its own.nbsp; But we rarely acknowledge the physicality of the show.

The space, the temperature, even the furniture, changes the show in some way. Chair squeaking? Less time on mic.nbsp; Crazy hot?nbsp; Sound breathless on mic.nbsp; See a mouse?nbsp; Forget what's cued up next. Way back years ago, I remember cuing up records with my gloves on at the WAIF studios in the basement of the Alms Hotel.nbsp; The studio was not so much moist in the cavernous bosom, as it was nipped out that night.

The content changes my physical approach sometimes.nbsp; In These Shoes? leads me to a standing show.nbsp; But the RadiObituaries always sit me back down.nbsp; More chatting over at the Bubbles in the Think Tank Facebook Fan Page puts me in a different physical stance than getting phone calls.nbsp; Playing records, well, that's a physical process all its own (refer to image Belinda Cues Up the Dickies for example).

All in all, I not only enjoy the process of the show, but also molding its physique as much as it molds my own.

Ruth Wallis has a way of diverting any episode of Bubbles in the Think Tank.

It's no secret what I fan I am of the bawdy broads of the 50s and 60s, when all you needed was somebody playing the piano and healthy dose of sexuality to become a favorite of the cocktail party set.nbsp; I've oft thought that, had I a more thespian personality and the right sequined gown, I, too, could have gone the way of Ruth Wallis and Rusty Warren.nbsp; But, alas, I am not showfolk.nbsp; I sit or stand behind that microphone sharing with you, telling you my deepest secrets year after year, but only because of the cloak of radio.

Occasionally the cloak is lifted and you'll get a quick peek of the flesh behind the stories.nbsp; But, if you ask me, the stories are much more intriguing.

I hope you agree after listening to this week's episode...and every other episode... of Bubbles in the Think Tank.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Where would Bubbles in the Think Tank be without independent record stores?

I think back to my earliest purchases and how they set me up for where I've ended up.nbsp; The second album I ever bought was Lenny #38; Squiggy Present Lenny #38; The Squigtones.nbsp; Even at that young age, I was already excited to have a record with most of the MGs on it.nbsp; I'd been buying 45s for as long as I could remember, but when did you ever get information with those?nbsp; I took over much of my father's collection at times (he not only loved his Little Richard and Buddy Holly, but his Richard Pryor and Flip Wilson) making him glad when I learned how to take public transit so I'd go buy my own damn records.

I spent my early teens at Bear's Wax Records.nbsp; I loved hanging out with the Bear for hours and hours.nbsp; We talk and laugh and he'd whip out records he thought I'd like.nbsp; Rarely was he wrong.nbsp; My first NRBQ disc came from him, as did my first Flamin' Groovies, plus many others.nbsp; But he also knew what else I needed, hipping me to Rusty Warren and Firesign Theater.nbsp; If it weren't for him, I'm sure I wouldn't have been encouraged to sneak into my first Q show well-underaged for the club.

I've yet to find my home store now that I've made it to Boston, but I still have a trail of stores across the country that I love and support any time I can.nbsp; I hope you have your own record store to call home and that you always treat it like the cherished member of your family that it is.</itunes:summary>
