Looking coquet and smirking

Sometimes I dally.

I like to take the long way to get where I want to go.

I take until the last moment to figure out what I want to know.

Rarely is it not right in front of me, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t enjoy it behind me for a time.

But only until next week’s episode of Bubbles in the Think Tank.

them old country lyrics have levels of sin hidden the deeper you go…
i think if you age in this country and don’t eventually love old country
music… you are just deaf to its power…

  2. the fairy and the moth are “lilting” together, making those wishes come true!!!

The Moth don’t care when she sees The Flame.
She might get burned, but she’s in the game.
And once she’s in, she can’t go back, she’ll
Beat her wings ’til she burns them black…
No, The Moth don’t care when she sees The Flame.
No, The Moth don’t care whens he sees The Flame.

The Moth don’t care if The Flame is real,
‘Cause Flame and Moth got a sweetheart deal.
And nothing fuels a good flirtation,
Like Need and Anger and Desperation…
No, The Moth don’t care if The Flame is real.
No, The Moth don’t care if The Flame is real.

So come on, let’s go, ready or not
    ‘Cause there’s a Flame I know,
    Hotter than hot
And with a fuse that’s so thoroughly shot…
    Away.

The Moth don’t care if The Flame burns low,
‘Cause Moth believes in an afterglow.
    And Flames are never,
    Doused completely,
All you really need is a love of…
    Heat.
No, The Moth don’t care if The Flame burns low.

I really miss Free Form Radio. Good to hear some good free form radio, even if it is over the Internet. Cool radio show. Keep up the good work.

I really liked the song “Baby Boomers” that you played about 47 minutes into the show, shortly before the radiobituarys. Fun lyrics and a Funny song. Particularly liked the backing vocals which had a life fo there own within the framework of the song. Good stuff. Who performed it? Hope to hear the song again sometime, or perhaps more songs by the same artist.

Thanks again for a cool radio program.

    Tom Pettijohn

  5. “looking coquet” creates a wish for ‘can i sleep in your arms?’ those golden oldie country recordings provide ~ smirky lyrics. great instrumentation accompaniment is sweetly coquet.
